Skarta’s business currently focuses mainly on carbon-neutral industrial and energy projects as well as specialised construction projects. Skarta is taking advantage of its strong position in the Norrbotten region in Northern Sweden where the planned investments in carbon-free industry for the coming decades will amount to dozens of billions of euros. Our goal is to expand in the value chain of wind power, solar energy, and hydrogen solutions towards realization of complete clean energy projects where we see excellent growth opportunities. We strive for profitable growth and see excellent growth opportunities in all our business areas in Finland and other Nordic countries.

Our key resource is our skilled and committed employees. In addition to our own professional staff, we also have a well-established network of subcontractors and partners to help with the implementation of our projects. We invest especially in occupational safety and the continuous development of our employees.

Our operations are guided by our strong core values, such as an entrepreneurial attitude, taking environmental aspects into account and open cooperation with our partners.

Our headquarters is located in Oulu. We also have offices in other parts of Finland and Northern Sweden.

The pro forma figures presented are based on the consolidated financial information of Skarta Finland Oy and its subsidiaries, the companies with business activities in the Skarta Group. The figures will not be consolidated into Skarta Group Plc’s consolidated financial statements until after the share exchange in July 2021, and Privanet Group Plc’s previous subsidiaries will be consolidated into the consolidated financial statements until June 2021. Therefore, the consolidated figures reported by Skarta Group Plc to the market are not comparable with the financial figures of the Group’s current companies.
